I’m kind of a recluse, so unless you happen to be in my class or hang around my campus, you’re not likely to see me in the flesh. Thus it’s a big deal when I actually get out into the world, which I’m doing a week from today, May 9, in Portland.
I am attending the Mass Book Signing at the World Horror Convention at the Portland Doubletree Hotel (1000 NE Multnomah Street) on Friday, May 9, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. The event is open to the public and free of charge. Bring whatever you’d like, but I’d be especially happy to autograph any copies of Zombies of Byzantium that you might happen to have lying around! My publisher, Samhain Horror, is one of the sponsors of this event. I’ll also be at the Bram Stoker Awards banquet on Saturday night.
There are many authors taking part in the signing, but I especially want to call out John F.D. Taff, who has a great blog that I follow, who will also be there.
I wish the signing was taking place after the release of Zombie Rebellion, which comes out June 3, but that can’t be helped. Anyway, see you there!
