If you like my writing, there’s a new way you can enjoy it! I’m very happy to announce that the ACX audiobook version of Hotel Himalaya: Three Travel Romances is now out and available. It’s up on Amazon, Audible, iTunes and wherever you get your audiobooks, and according to my information it could even be free if you sign up for a free trial of Audible.

Here is the link to where you can get it on Audible.

I’m also pleased with it because I narrated the stories themselves. I have never read a book I’ve written out loud from beginning to end before, and it was a really interesting experience.

Hotel Himalaya, which came out in ebook version and paperback in 2016, is a collection of three stories all about strangers finding romance and connections while traveling. The first, a short story called “Hotel Himalaya,” is about time and memory, and how what we remember–especially about the people we love–might not always match up with what really happened. The second is a novella, “Wacken,” which takes place at the Wacken Open Air heavy metal festival in Germany, where an American woman, Daria, falls in love with a Hungarian man with whom she can barely communicate. The third story, “Mountain of Shadows,” is what you might call a “bromance.” Two men, Christian and Rob, find themselves hiking the same Western trail and sharing the intimate details of their lives–a process that brings them together in unexpected ways.

If you like audiobooks, pick this one up! I hope to do some audio versions of my other books too, although it’s a laborious and time-intensive process. Big thanks to Karl-Georg Kay, who mixed and edited the book.
